Review Pine is built for a single moment: you have just come across an ad for some product, your curiosity is up, and you want to know if it is legitimate before you type in your card number.

The web handles that moment poorly. Search almost any supplement or gadget by name and you find one of two things — the sales page itself, or a pile of "review" sites that are really that same sales page rewritten with a buy button bolted on. Neither answers the question you actually came with.

Our approach instead

Every product we cover goes through the same routine. We read the brand's own sales page from top to bottom and note down precisely what is being promised. We examine the ingredient panel and the doses wherever the company discloses them. We look at what real buyers say once the first bottle is gone — not the hand-picked testimonials on the sales page. Then we hand down a verdict on who it suits and who is better off passing.

Each review also comes with a video walkthrough, since a written page simply cannot show you the packaging, the label, or the checkout flow. By design, the video and the written review cover different ground.

What we are not

We are not physicians, and none of this is medical advice. We run no laboratory tests on products and we make no such claim. Our job is to research, compare, and report — the same legwork a diligent friend would do for you if the hours were there.

We also will not take money in exchange for a favorable verdict. No company gets to preview our content before it publishes, and nowhere on this site does a payment alter what a review concludes.

How the site earns

Through affiliate commissions. When a review points to a product and you buy via that link, the merchant pays us a cut. It adds nothing to your price, and it is precisely why this site can run without a paywall or charging its readers.

The obvious tension in that arrangement deserves a straight answer, so here it is: the commission is identical whether we endorse a product or tell you to steer clear, and we publish reviews on products we would never buy. If a page starts reading like an ad, we have missed our own bar — flag it and we will fix it.

Corrections

Prices shift, formulas get reworked, and brands revise their refund terms. Spot something stale or plainly wrong and let us know — we will put it right. We would far rather be corrected than stay confidently mistaken in public.
